RSVP

Whether its a Yes or a No (and we hope its a yes!) - we need you to RSVP asap! This does not mean have all your plans sorted and flights booked, this just means you are PLANNING to attend. Each guest must RSVP individually, this makes it easier for the Dunskey staff on their end.  

PASSPORT

You will need a passport! If you need to apply for one CLICK HERE TO APPLY. If you have a passport- go get it right now and make sure it expires AFTER Jan 2024.  If it expires before 2024 - you will need to renew now. CLICK HERE TO RENEW ONLINE.

Additional Traveling?

There is so much to see and do in Scotland and its surrounding countries! If you have the time for extra exploring, we recommend traveling BEFORE the wedding so you are adjusted better to the time change. Plus, May is considered off-season, so things might be more open and less expensive. Traveling after the wedding can be great too - especially if that is your only option! You can take the ferry (Stena Line)  near the estate over to Ireland or the train across the UK or Europe!

Worried about traveling with extra suitcases? We will be shipping our bags directly to the Castle and if you are interested in this option as well, let us know and we will share with you how to do that!  

BOOK FLIGHTS

Now that you have an idea about your travel dates you can book your tickets! We have listed helpful tips on our Travel Page. Including tips on how to convert credit card points to Avios (Aer Lingus) and  Lifemiles (Avanca - a Star Alliance partner!) for RT tickets with as little as 38,000 points! 

Budget for Accommodations and Activities

The staff at Dunskey Estate will bill everyone directly and individually for their portion of this trip. Due to varying costs of activities you might choose, choice of room, and fluctuations in the Pound vs US Dollar, it is hard to pin point an exact amount but we recommend budgeting around $1000 per adult. This amount is inclusive of your hotel in Glasgow, transportation to/from Dunskey Estate from Glasgow -or Ferry station- on 26th/30th, your room at the Estate, 2 huge meals a day plus snacks, and several group activities. Add extra to this budget for alcohol ordered from the bar and activities like massages ($100), deep sea fishing ($80) or golf ($65).
